Cleveland Planning Commission approves second phase of plan to replace aging Buckeye-Woodhill public housing complex

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland City Planning Commission on Friday gave its OK to the second phase of a large housing plan in the Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood that will replace the second-oldest public housing complex in the city and build apartments and townhouses around it.
