Woodhill Station West is the first phase of the Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation. This phase is located at the intersection of Buckeye Road and Woodhill Road across from the RTA station. The Choice Plan focuses on the redevelopment of Woodhill Homes into several new high quality mixed-income apartment buildings. All buildings in each phase will meet high quality health and environmental standards.


This building is four stories and 120 units that features an outdoor picnic area, playground, community room, fitness center, and beautiful landscaping. There will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. 90 of the units in the building will be reserved for existing Woodhill Homes residents, while 30 units will be added for new residents.

Woodhill Center East is the second phase of the Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation. This phase is located east of Woodhill Homes along Woodland Avenue, between E 110th and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The Choice Plan focuses on the redevelopment of Woodhill Homes into several new high quality mixed-income apartment buildings. All buildings in each phase will meet high quality health and environmental standards.


This phase includes an apartment building with four stories and 61 units, as well as neighboring townhomes with 19 units. Woodhill Center East also features a community room, fitness center, landscaped greenspace, a playground, and an outdoor patio. There will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units.

Woodhill Station East is the third phase of the Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation. This phase is located at the intersection of Buckeye Road and Woodhill Road across from the RTA station, neighboring Phase 1. The Choice Plan focuses on the redevelopment of Woodhill Homes into several new high quality mixed-income apartment buildings. All buildings in each phase will meet high quality health and environmental standards.


This phase includes an apartment building with four to five stories and 69 units, as well as an onsite early childhood education center. Woodhill Station East features a community room, fitness center, and patio space for residents to congregate and hold community events. There will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. Phase 3 is in the design and planning stages, therefore building appearance and amenities may be subject to change.

WOODHILL CENTER (Phases 4-6) 2024-2026

Woodhill Community Campus



Woodhill Center is the main hub of the existing Woodhill Homes site, which will be redeveloped in three phases: Woodhill Center North (Phase 4), Woodhill Center West (Phase 5), and Woodhill Center Campus (Phase 6). These phases feature a new recreational park, where the existing Community Center will serve as the hub of the campus. These phases will conclude the Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation. All buildings in each phase will meet high quality health and environmental standards.


These phases are currently in the planning stages and will include approximately 372 units in total. These phases will include public amenities such as outdoor gathering spaces, recreational fields, and playgrounds. The goal of these phases are to create a place where the community comes together to learn, play, exercise, celebrate, and heal. Ultimately, a place where Buckeye-Woodhill residents can gather and thrive together.
