The Community Builders (TCB) and The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) in partnership with the City of Cleveland, the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) and Marous Brothers Construction hosted a Groundbreaking Ceremony to celebrate the start of Phase 1 of the Buckeye-Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation on Friday, October 29, 2021. Cleveland’s very own former Congresswoman, now HUD Secretary, the Honorable Marcia L. Fudge delivered the keynote address, along with remarks from many local dignitaries, community partners and friends of the Buckeye-Woodhill community such as the United States Senator Sherrod Brown, and Cleveland Council President/ Councilman Blaine Griffin of Ward 6.
